RMA Directions

  1. Fill out the RMA online form. Be sure to include all necessary information.
  2. A customer service representative will send you an RMA number.
  3. Write the RMA number on the outside of each box you will be mailing.
    (Do not send any products without a return authorization number. The products will be refused.)
  4. Mail the items to:
    • Spectrum Power Management Systems
    • [ Insert RMA number here ]
    • 1900 West College Avenue
    • State College, PA 16801
