State College, PA – September 8, 2009 – Spectrum Power Management Systems, a division of Spectrum Control, Inc., presents the 72A-120BUIEN-00 power strip as a compact solution to basic power distribution needs. The concept for this design came from an existing solution that was enhanced to provide the circuit protection not always present in a cabinet or kiosk application.

The 72A-120BUIEN-00 is a 14 inch power strip that can be mounted vertically in a standard 19" rack or horizontally with the use of optional adaptor brackets. This compact power strip features an IEC C20 inlet connector to give the user the flexibility to choose their input configuration. If an IEC input is chosen, the unit will operate at 200-250 VAC with a maximum current of 20 Amps. If a NEMA input is used, the unit will operate at 100-127 VAC with a maximum current of 16 Amps.

Power is distributed via nine IEC C13 receptacles, and a UL-listed circuit breaker is utilized to control on/off operations of the outlets.
