The Power Management Systems Business of Spectrum Control, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Designer to join our State College, PA team.
The individual filling this role will be responsible to create/maintain AutoCAD drawings, create/maintain 3D Inventor models, and create/maintain printed circuit board layouts.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 3-5 years work experience in a custom engineering design environment using AutoCAD/3D Modeling tools
- Experience with Inventor or SolidWorks or ProE
- An Associates Degree in Mechanical Drafting or Design or related education OR equivalent combination of technical training and related experience
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong organizing and documentation skills

The Power Management Systems Business of Spectrum Control has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. Spectrum Power Management Systems is a well-respected manufacturer of custom power solutions for both military and commercial applications, power strips, power management and circuit protection systems for both DC and AC power applications.
The Sales Manager will be part of a dynamic team and is responsible to develop and manage sales activities at target customers and to create new business opportunities that meet the scope of our business strategy.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical sales experience
- BS in technical field or BA in marketing or related
- Strong project management skills
- Outstanding customer relationship & negotiating skills
- Army military background or proven military sales track record
- Willing to travel as needed (up to 50%)
